This just in - former President Bill Clinton will be appearing at a rally for Gov. O'Malley in Federal Hill Park on Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010 from 3-4:30 pm.
INSIDER INFO: Clinton is scheduled to speak between 4:15 and 4:30pm.
It is estimated the event will draw a crowd of at least 1500. Residents should be aware of the potential for increased traffic congestion on Thursday afternoon.
No Parking signs have been posted on the even side of Warren Avenue as well as the odd side of Battery (adjacent to the retaining wall in the park)
Parking on these blocks is strictly prohibited between noon and 5PM tomorrow. This restriction also applies to vehicles displaying Area 9 Parking Permits. No exceptions.
There are no other restrictions in the neighborhood and all streets will remain open. The Secret Service and Baltimore City Police will have officers posted around the park and at the various park entrances.
So, plan accordingly whether you plan to attend or not.
